Dog Day

Our Office Security sleeping on the job the day after Super Bowl!

,
The day had been very eventful at the company headquarters. Everyone was buzzing with excitement, as the Philadelphia Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs were set to face off in the Super Bowl. No one at the office had been more excited than our office security guard dog, "Ribbie" who was dressed in a "Rufferee" uniform.

It had been our CFO Joylynn's idea to dress her up in her own little referee uniform, complete with a whistle and a black and white striped shirt. She had been running around all day, barking and howling with enthusiasm.

When the game finally , Ribbe had the best seat in the house. She was perched on the couch in the break room, with a bowl of doggy snacks at her side and her eyes glued to the screen. She barked and cheered with every touchdown, and even had a few woofs for the commercials.

When the game finally ended, Ribbe was exhausted. She had stayed up all night, cheering for her favorite team and barking at the TV. But she was still happy with the outcome, and she was looking forward to a good night’s sleep.

The next morning, Ribbe was still exhausted. She had been so busy the day before that she hadn’t had a chance to do her job as a office security guard dog. She had been so focused on the game that she hadn’t noticed the impostor cats that had been sneaking around the office. But luckily, no harm had been done.

It had been a very exciting day at the office, and Ribbe had been the star of the show. She had kept everyone entertained with her enthusiasm and had kept the office secure with her vigilant watch.

Ribbe had earned her well-deserved rest and was ready to do it all again when the next big game came around.

Customer Return - Hall Of Shame

 hall of shame
This month, we have the distinct honor of recognizing a customer for their outstanding effort in making our job much harder. Our “Bad Customer of the Month” award goes to the customer who recently returned a piano bench without packing the legs back in the box.

When our team opened the package, they were met with a symphony of destruction! The legs had dented and scratched each other, and the bench was in dire need of repair.   We want to take this opportunity to remind our customers that, when returning items, they must take extra care in packaging and preparing the item for shipment. If not, they might find themselves featured in our “Monthly Customer Hall of Shame Newsletter”!

We don’t want our customers to end up on the naughty list, so please make sure to package your items the same way you received them. It will make Fletch’s life much easier; he’s the one who has to repackage and restock these items.   So if you’re returning something to us, please make sure you package it correctly! We don’t want to have to give out any more “Bad Customer of the Month” awards. Let’s keep our customers at the top of their game and help Fletch out, too!

Did you know...

Dr. Dre is known for being an iconic hip hop producer and rapper, but he also has a surprisingly humorous side.  One story goes back to when Dr. Dre was just starting out in the music industry. A friend of his was helping him to book a show at a local club. When the time came for him to perform, however, Dr. Dre was nowhere to be found.  When his friend finally tracked down Dr. Dre, he was in the back of a movie theater, watching a movie.

Despite being told to hurry, Dr. Dre refused to leave and insisted on finishing the movie.  When he finally arrived at the show, Dr. Dre explained what happened, saying “I had to finish the movie because I had to know how it ends.”  His laid-back and humorous attitude has made him a beloved figure in the music industry and beyond.
