At Griffin we take the use of quality materials and proper workmanship very seriously. Our first level of testing is done at the factory to make sure systems, processes and assembly are set up for optimal performance and a very high accuracy rate. Next, we order a third-party inspection done on every batch order manufactured. We make sure the inspection detail report includes a high assembly and sample rate while maintaining a near perfect no-defect rate before delivery is made to our distribution warehouse network. Finally, the last level of quality control will pass our high standards. In-house product testing is done on a bi-annual basis on all products, and additionally randomly checked in storage 3 times per week before dispatching outgoing shipments. Our employees are all musicians and DJs who use Griffin products, so all Griffin products get real world testing.

We work closely with our outsourced design and development team to make sure our products perform as we intend to. We do this by first identifying the main goals of our new and prospective products and what features and problems it will resolve for the user. We then consult with our development team on possible designs that will meet the needs of the current market. When concluding with our product development team, we then decide if we should create a protype which will be unique in design and solve a need in with users. If the product makes the cut, then we create detailed instructions on the assembly and use of the product so you wont have any problems when your product arrives.
