Our factories focus on quality and durability of the powder coating process. Metal parts are individually prepped, sanded, hung, coated and re-coated again. We ensure accurate color matching and use the highest quality of paint materials to ensure long lasting durability with rust protection and prevention. This results in uniform high-quality smooth finishes without sags or drip marks. Additionally, our paints are inspected at the factories to be environmentally safe, by passing or exceeding TCCA Title VI (EPA) compliant standards.

Our Factory only purchases wood products from wood mills that provide reliable and depending wood materials. The wood mill operates at a very large and productive rate, while maintaining accurate cuts in the process. Regardless if our materials are multi-layer plywood, medium density board, partial board or solid wood, all of our wood products are purchased from wood mills that are certified by a third-party inspector to meet or exceed EPA TCCA Title VI environmental compliant standards. Additionally, our factories regularly test the look and shape of the wood materials to confirm the cuts and wood products pass visual inspection before shipped and moved to our loading dock.
