Our instruments and studio equipment are sound tested by our hired sound technician. We focus on being competitive, all while not sacrificing quality of sound. Since most everyone at our brand has an extensive musical background, we are very rigorous in the sound testing process of equipment. Additionally, it allows us to act quickly and communicate efficiently with our factories production manager on when we see a need for improvement. Before and after each batch run from the factory, our instruments are tested to confirm the quality, pitch and sound specs remain consistent from our previous production orders.

We take the use of quality materials and proper workmanship very seriously. Our first level of testing is done at the factory to make sure systems, processes and assembly are set up for optimal performance and a very high accuracy rate. Next, we order a third-party inspection done on every batch order manufactured. We make sure the inspection detail report includes a high assembly and sample rate while maintaining a near perfect no-defect rate before delivery is made to our distribution warehouse network. Finally, the last level of quality control will pass our high standards. In-house product testing is done on a bi-annual basis on all products, and additionally randomly checked in storage 3 times per week before dispatching outgoing shipments. Our employees are all musicians and DJs who also use our products, so all our branded products get real world testing.
